The wine tastings are led by AIS sommelier, Dino Diacciati, who will use a variety of wines to help you discover the history and complexity of Tuscan winemaking traditions.  The tours take place in local wineries and include an explanation that covers wine-tasting techniques, how to choose the correct wine to accompany different meals, and the history of local wines and their relationship to the Tuscan landscape and the Tuscan people.  The wines tasted can be chosen upon request and include wines from the best vineyards of Chianti Classico and Chianti Riserva, Nobile di Montepulciano, Brunello di Montalcino and other Super Tuscans.  Each wine tasting includes a sampling of local food products.
